When you fill out our contact form we collect the name, company, phone number, email address, and message you enter. When you book a call, the booking is handled through a Google Calendar appointment page, which collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, and chosen time. If you call or email us, we keep the contact details and notes from that conversation.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you, schedule and hold calls, send follow-up emails you asked for or that relate to your inquiry, and provide the services you request. We do not sell your information.
AI processing of your information
Some of our services use AI. How AI is used, and its limits, are described on our AI Use & Limitations page.
Third-party services and providers
We use outside providers to run the site and our business, including Netlify (website hosting and contact form), Google (calendar booking and our business phone line), and Brevo (email follow-ups). These providers process information on our behalf to deliver those services.
Retention
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you, follow up, and provide services, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing or calling us. Emails we send include an unsubscribe link.
