Where we use AI

Alexander Automation uses AI in some of our services, including AI agents that help automate administrative tasks and CRM updates, and AI Lead Finder, which helps with prospect research. Not every service uses AI. Your agreement describes exactly what is included for you.

AI output can be wrong

AI-generated content, including research, summaries, and draft messages, can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review it before you rely on it or send it to your customers.

Human oversight

AI agents are set up with you to prepare actions for your approval. Any exception for lower-risk tasks is agreed with you in writing, in advance. Actions that contact your customers or change financial records require your approval unless you agree otherwise in writing. AI agents only access the systems and permissions you authorize.

Data and third-party AI providers

AI can help save time, but results vary by business. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, time saved, cost savings, or number of leads.
